MET Memorial Scholarship-2008: George Boudre $1000

Finalists will be interviewed at the State DECA Career Development Conference.
Winners will be announced at the closing awards session.

Ten finalists will be selected based on their DECA activities, community service, work/school activities and accomplishments, scholarship essay, neatness of application and letters of reference.

State Finalist Information:

Each state finalist should have 3-5 minutes prepared for a presentation covering accomplishments as a Marketing Education student to present to the interview committee.
Winners of the scholarship must agree to enroll in Marketing or a related field of study in a college, university, vocational or technical school within the State if Texas as a full time student within the next school year.
Winners must maintain a 2.5 or equivalent grade point average
Winners must submit proof of enrollment to MET treasurer each semester
$500 will be awarded each semester upon receipt of proof of enrollment and 1st semester grades (for payment for 2nd semester).
